BIO: I first moved to San Antonio in 2018 for a job as a reporter at the nonprofit San Antonio Report covering education and schools. After a move to Dallas for a similar job from 2020 to 2022, I moved back to San Antonio and now commute back and forth for class at the University of Texas in the Education Policy graduate program. After graduating, I hope to work to improve our state’s public schools with better funding and resources that our students and educators need.
