Biography:

My name is Sam Bowden, and I’m a Captain in the United States Marine Corps with five years of service. I graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2019 with a degree in Software Engineering. After commissioning as a Second Lieutenant the same year, I went through The Basic School (TBS) and then attended flight school. I’m currently a qualified helicopter pilot on the CH-53E Super Stallion airframe. My career in the Marines has been shaped by a blend of technical expertise and aviation skills, and I’m proud to serve in a role that challenges me both as a leader and a pilot.
