Biography:

I have been married for 53 years to my high school sweetheart and have lived in South San Antonio since 1971.  We have two grown children whom we have sacrificed to educate. Our oldest, a son, is an engineer with a Bachelor and Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University. He also attended the University of California at Berkeley to work on his PhD. He is currently working as an engineer with a solar energy company in San Antonio. Our youngest, a daughter, received her Bachelor’s degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in Liberal Arts and received her Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Texas A&M University San Antonio. She taught Language Arts to middle school students, was an elementary counselor, middle school counselor and is now a high school counselor.
