BAP CPC Program connects high school students with mentors in a career field of their choice. The focus is to provide mentorship and allow students to learn about a specific career and ask questions of a professional in that field. This happens in 3 phases. Choose, Build, and Be.
During this time the tools learned to research their field of interest can be interchangeable if their career path is to change. This will aid students in future decision making can be applicable if their career paths change.
With the conclusion of our CPCP workshops we have opened up our “BE” scholarship where students demonstrate their their learned tools and demonstrate to our scholarship selection committee that they indeed understand what it takes to be in the profession you selected.
